This letter is expressing our extreme gratitude of Boni Buscemi and her amazing service as a real estate agent. I would highly recommend her in any aspect of real estate as her service and advice is top notch.
We had an investment property that we could not sell on our own or with the help of any real estate agents. We were frustrated, overwhelmed and scared. We decided to have one last consultation with a real estate agent who seemed to really know where we were coming from. She met us at the home and we immediately helped us feel calm and comfortable. She explained the real estate market and brought comparables home sales to discuss. It was clear that we were upside down on the property and had to face reality; we needed to short sell the property or face foreclosure. It was a difficult decision to make but we knew we needed a specialist to handle the complications.
To our absolute amazement we had multiple offers within days. They were not ridiculously low offers; they were solid reasonable offers, above listing price! We were under contract and to make a long story short, it was in and out of escrow three times all at fault of the buyers. Boni never became frustrated; she always had another offer on standby and was very quick dealing with the red tape that short sales often require with the lenders. She also uncovered and solved a huge problem with our deed that was a very scary issue and she dealt with it beautifully. Finally, the sale closed and we felt a huge sense of relief. Without Boni, we would have been another foreclosure statistic for certain.
The best thing we can say about the whole experience is we always felt Boni had our best interests in mind; she was always in control and never gave up. Keep in mind we were living across the country while she was working so hard on the sale, all the while she kept us informed and went way beyond the call of duty as a real estate agent. We feel so thankful and happy that we used Boni and would not hesitate for a second to do it again.
